What challenges were overcome for Youth Futures?
For over 40 years, doing good has meant meeting young people where they are, without judgement, without conditions, and with genuine belief in their potential. This site had to reflect that commitment.
Simplified Service Visibility
Gave visitors a single, connected view of the holistic support we offer young people and families.
Improved Support Pathways
Introduced a clear, simple navigation structure that removes friction for people who are often already in a stressful situation.
Optimised CMS
Gave full control over to grow campaigns, improve search visibility, and create landing pages.
How did this new project allow you to build on your good?
The new website allows us to reach more people, more effectively. By bringing our schools and support services together in one place, we've removed a significant barrier for young people and families searching for help. The Find Help quiz means someone who doesn't know where to start can find the right pathway within minutes. Online intake and enrolment forms mean referrers and families can take action immediately, without having to pick up the phone during office hours.
And a dedicated Latest Updates section means we can now share the stories of the young people we support, putting a human face to the work and inspiring more people to get involved.
What has your team found by way of benefits and efficiencies since taking on the new website?
From our perspective, these are the core wins for our team -
- Faster and easier content updates across the organisation.
- The ability to build campaign-specific landing pages to support fundraising, education and service enquiries.
- Improved SEO foundations to help more people discover Youth Futures online.
- A more consistent brand identity across all services, creating a cohesive experience that better reflects who Youth Futures is today.
- Greater flexibility to grow and adapt as the organisation evolves.
- A digital presence that reflects the quality of our work, giving partners and stakeholders a clear window into our capabilities.
How has this helped your Users engage with you?
The website makes it easier for people to understand who we are, what support is available and how to take the next step.
Whether someone is looking for an alternative education pathway, housing and homelessness support, employment assistance or simply wants to learn more about Youth Futures, they can now navigate the website with greater confidence and clarity.
Testimonial - Claire Gerber
Our website is often the first interaction someone has with Youth Futures. We wanted that experience to reflect the care, professionalism and hope that sits behind every service we provide. The new website gives us a platform that not only represents who we are today but helps more people connect with the right support.
Testimonial - Megan Cronje
We didn't just want a website that looked better, we wanted one that worked harder. It needed to help people find the right support faster, tell our story more clearly and give our team the flexibility to continue growing our impact. That's exactly what this project has delivered.
