Youth Futures delivers a wide range of programs across homelessness, education, employment and family support. We previously operated two separate websites, one for the organisation and one for our community schools, making it difficult for young people, parents/carers, and referrers to find what they needed.

What challenges were overcome for Youth Futures?

For over 40 years, doing good has meant meeting young people where they are, without judgement, without conditions, and with genuine belief in their potential. This site had to reflect that commitment.

Simplified Service Visibility

Gave visitors a single, connected view of the holistic support we offer young people and families.
 

Improved Support Pathways

Introduced a clear, simple navigation structure that removes friction for people who are often already in a stressful situation.

Optimised CMS

Gave full control over to grow campaigns, improve search visibility, and create landing pages.

How did this new project allow you to build on your good?

The new website allows us to reach more people, more effectively. By bringing our schools and support services together in one place, we've removed a significant barrier for young people and families searching for help. The Find Help quiz means someone who doesn't know where to start can find the right pathway within minutes. Online intake and enrolment forms mean referrers and families can take action immediately, without having to pick up the phone during office hours. 

And a dedicated Latest Updates section means we can now share the stories of the young people we support, putting a human face to the work and inspiring more people to get involved.

What has your team found by way of benefits and efficiencies since taking on the new website?

From our perspective, these are the core wins for our team -
