Our process is simple and transparent. We listen first, create wireframes and prototypes, then work closely with your team to deliver websites that look great and perform beautifully.

  • Discovery & planning

    In this phase, we learn everything we can from our clients and use our digital tools to get important insights. Once we have the requisite information, we’re able to start planning out the steps to creating a custom design that fits seamlessly with the brand, the client’s goals, and the online landscape.

  • IA & sitemap

    Organising the information architecture is an important preliminary step in website design. It informs the structure of the website, helping to organise shared information environments and provide support for usability. This is then used to create a sitemap, which provides this information to Google, helping to crawl your website more efficiently.

  • Wireframing

    A wireframe acts as the skeleton of a website’s structure, giving a clear idea of how the various pages will be ordered and arranged in relation to one another.  It’s an important step for determining much of the site’s functionality and provides an invaluable framework during the design process.

  • UX/UI design

    UX and UI design focuses on the site’s user, aiming to make their experience as frictionless and intuitive as possible. During this phase of the web design process, potential pain points for users are identified and addressed to create the optimal journey through your website. 

  • Prototype & accessibility review

    Prototype and accessibility is a phase that helps fine-tune a website’s design and ensure it’s easy to use for anyone that visits. During this process, issues are identified and addressed repeatedly until the website is finally ready to be launched.
