    Understanding the language of your brand messaging, and translating this into design elements that evoke connection with your organisation and your subject matter.

  • Brand perception

    Understanding how you want to be viewed by your target audience can influence colour palettes, symbology, use of shapes and font types. This understanding ensures that when that final guideline is presented, it already "feels" like you. Paired with brand descriptors, you now have a brand positioning statement you can build from.

    A deep dive into organisations like yours, both national and global, is essential to brand research and building a view of market expectations. Looking at organisations who are local but aren't in your vertical also gives you a chance to see how others are inspired by your city or state.

  • Symbology

    Choosing brand identifiers to support your main logo helps drive brand recall. Icons that can be symbolic of either your industry or service offering, ensures people can quickly understand what you do and why it matters.

  • Concepts

    Concepts help explore the same problem from multiple perspectives. You can quickly pick and choose elements from different options to refine a final logo; and decide on typography, colour palettes, and brand marks that match your vision.
