What we did for Richmind WA

This project not only had to reflect a new name and brand identity but also had to boldly lead Richmind WA into a new era. 

Wireframe design

How did this new project allow you to do that?

This new website allowed us to celebrate 50 years of supporting the WA community, as the largest mental health provider in the state, by bringing our vision to life while also making the experience as easy as possible for website visitors.

The simplicity of how the site is managed behind the scenes, really allowed us to create impactful landing page content without wasting time and energy. The site launched on the same day as our new brand and 50th celebrations, which was perfect timing for us operationally.

What has your team found by way of benefits and efficiencies since taking on the new website?

We are much faster at activating marketing opportunities and adding content on our new website. We’re able to tailor landing pages consistently and swiftly, and have a great selection of content blocks that allow us to optimise each page and improve the user experience.  This has made our marketing team more efficient in our day to day and allows us to provide better and more timely solutions for our service teams. Our Users are also finding it much easier to find useful content, and our SEO performance has greatly benefited from the new site too.

How has this helped your users engage with your good too?

We have a mix of audiences on our site and each of those groups has commented on the simplicity of finding appropriate content and how that makes their experience a lot more impactful. Whether that is finding information about our services, referral options, resources, or links to events, , Users aren’t losing time getting what they need, especially those who are experiencing a mental health crisis and seeking support to help them in their recovery.
